Merge Excel data into Preview

Hello,

I'm using Excel for Mac 2011 and Preview.

How would I import rows of data from Excel to populate fields in a PDF document using Preview?

The use case is that each row of data is a real estate listing. I want to import that row of data into specific fields on the PDF document.
